Just waiting to be sued - the Italk Nano VoIP phone
I ran across this posting at Crunchgear and it appalls me. How can you realistically go to market with a phone so blatantly named in such a way that Apple is going to either a) serve you with a Cease and Desist letter or b) sue your pants off.
