Whoa! Grandcentral acquired by Google!

This is huge (and great) news! According to Mike Arrington at TechCrunch, Google has acquired Grandcentral, a service I’ve discussed many times before. This would be a big development in the VoIP world, in my opinion.

Grandcentral has a great offering and it will complement Google’s other efforts including gmail, gtalk, and VoIP very well.

This is great news. I hope it’s true.

One of the problems with “for life” is well, that’s a long time.

So if Google did aquire GC then I feel a lot more confident that it’ll stick around.

I can’t wait to see how Google implements this!

WHOA! Big news! Maybe after google does some quality control testing I will check out this service again.
