It is the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned. I have just received mine 4 days ago and it constantly deletes my messages and call logs. Nothing I do seems to fix it. I know its not my memory for I haven’t set up email yet, have not downloaded ringtones yet, it has nothing on it but my address book. HELP!!!

I have the pearl also. I love it too but I am also on my third and am having problems with that one too!!!!!!

Michelle - YES I am on my 3rd Pearl and Verizon won’t let me even down grade, they will only send me new pearls…they are the biggest piece of JUNK and it delete all my Call logs and text messages on it’s own!! TO EVERYONE - DON’T buy the pearl!
