		<description>I do not think that telcos have really embraced the idea of VoIP yet. I think their mindset still is based on seeing VoIP as a threat, and if there really must be VoIP then it should be their brand of VoIP.

I use VoIP a lot for personal calls and work calls. The call quality is always excellent, but the fear of getting a bad connection is still enough to prevent me making important work calls using VoIP.</description>
